Are you sick of the double standards between Democrats & Republicans?
Do you remember how the Board of State Canvassers rejected petitions for numerous republican candidates due to errors on their petitions, stating that it's FRAUD?
Well, the Michigan Board of Canvassers (BOSC) are meeting on August 31 to decide if they will accept the petitions for the Reproductive Freedom for All (RFFA) proposed amendment. The petitions contained 43 errors!!!
The amendment reads:

Because of these errors, this makes the petition invalid and it cannot be corrected at this stage
of the game.
Don't you think that they should reject these petitions because of the errors?!?!
I THINK SO!!!
Here's where you come into play and where we need your help!
We need you to send an email to the BOSC and tell them to reject the petitions.
The errors on ALL the petitions are FRAUD!! And we need to tell them that we are sick of their double standards! They set the precedent by rejecting the republican petitions because of fraudulent errors, now they need to reject these petitions, too! Hey - It's only fair!

Below is also a canned reply that you can send to the BOC yourself. Just copy and paste it into an email, add a subject, enter their email address in the to line, sign it with your legal name & address at the bottom, and SEND! If you prefer, you can send your own email to them.
The catch is - they meet on August 31, so we need you to act NOW!
Here's what you can do:
1.) CALL - Call the MI Bureau of Elections at (517) 335-3234 and ask to leave a message for the Board of Canvassers. Express your concerns. The sound of the phone ringing off the hook will be a sign to them that we are activated and concerned.
2.) EMAIL - Take time to write out a brief email and send it directly to the Michigan Board of Canvassers at MDOS-canvassers@michigan.gov. Again, address your concerns about the errors in the text of the amendment and ask for it to be prohibited from being on the November ballot. (See email template below)
3.) SHOW UP - Show up at the Board of Canvassers meeting in Lansing on August 31 at 10:00 AM. The meeting will be held at the Lansing Center, 333 E Michigan Ave, Lansing, MI 48933. There will be an opportunity to give a three minute public comment. This is your chance to show up and express your concerns to the Board in person. If you are unable to attend the meeting, written public comments can be submitted in advance to MDOS-canvassers@michigan.gov.

This is an error on the petitions and therefore THE BOARD OF CANVASSERS SHOULD NOT OVERLOOK THIS ERROR!
I humbly urge you REJECT THESE PETITIONS! THIS IS FRAUD!
As you may recall, there were numerous candidates that had issues with their petitions โ AND THEIR PETITIONS WERE DENIED!
The Board of Canvassers have already set precedent with rejecting 18 candidates from the August ballot because of petitions errors. THIS PETITION IS NO DIFFERENT!
I urge you to uphold your standards & precedent, REJECT THIS PETITION because of errors, and prohibit this amendment from being on the ballot in November because of the errors!
